Linwood Medical Associates participates with Medicare and the NH Medicaid Program, and accepts most New England health insurance plans.

Before your appointment, we ask that you contact your insurance company for information on co-payments, their referral process and/or specific coverage(s). Visitors to the area will need pre-authorization from their Primary Care Physician.

Please bring your insurance card to your appointments and inform us if your personal or insurance information has changed. Insurance co-payments are requested at the time of your visits. We employ an electronic claim submission service for our patients. Patients without insurance should expect to pay at the time of service.
